Barista/Server

Baristas/Servers will work in any of the Hotel’s Food and Beverage Departments as needed by the company’s operational demands.  This includes Waterfront Restaurant, Lobby, Pool, Cinnamon, In Room Dining and Events Services.

Duties include:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Selling souvenirs, food and beverage and any other item stocked in the outlet.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.
