To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager is accountable for translating outlet and event business priorities into revenue-focused marketing plans that drive covers, bookings, outlet revenue and event revenue for Park Hyatt Tokyo Food & Beverage.
The role owns F&B promotion planning, the F&B marketing calendar, dining and reservation platform performance, and commercial analysis. It provides business priorities, facts, briefs and performance insights to Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications, who own channel execution and brand storytelling respectively.
■Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
■Experience updating SNS and web content
■Highly communication skills : Japanese (native level) / English (business beginner to intermediate level or above)
