The Reservation Host is responsible for managing guest reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking process. This role provides excellent customer service by assisting guests with reservations, confirming bookings, and coordinating with operational teams to deliver a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-in inquiries.
Accurately enter, update, and manage reservations in the booking system.
Confirm reservations and communicate booking details to guests.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding availability, services, and policies.
Assist guests with changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and reservation data.
Coordinate with operations, front-of-house, or service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor reservation schedules and optimize booking capacity when required.
Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow company service standards and reservation procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Maldives resort experience will be an added advantage
