✓Provides consistent, safety-focused support for all shipping, receiving, and operational functions.

✓Receive incoming materials and verify contents and quantities against purchase orders.

✓Load and unload materials from trucks using appropriate equipment.

✓Inspect, package, stretch-wrap, and band shipments to ensure proper labeling and secure transport.

✓Prepare and document outgoing shipments.

✓Unload bulk raw materials and intermediates into designated storage or packaging areas.

✓Pull inventory for customer orders based on pick tickets.

✓Store finished goods and raw materials.

✓Obtain product samples for Quality Control testing.

✓Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.

✓Assist production with routine maintenance.

✓Clean and sanitize equipment.

✓Operate equipment to mix and process raw materials.

✓Package and weigh raw materials and finished goods.

✓Maintain clean work areas using appropriate equipment.

✓Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

✓Operate digital scales accurately.

✓Follow company safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.

✓Communicate effectively with team members.

✓Perform other tasks as assigned.

This position reports to the Production Manager.

Nice to Have

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous chemical manufacturing experience recommended.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, previous ERP experience a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs for up to 10 hours per day.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, frequently.
Able to climb ladders and work at heights up to 50 feet on occasion.
Able to perform manual dexterity tasks.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Must be able to work in an un-cooled warehouse facility where temperatures may reach 100° Fahrenheit.
Occasional turning, twisting, stooping, bending, and reaching.
Able to wear a hairnet and beard net, if applicable, with a hard hat.
No exposed jewelry in body piercings when in a GMP production area.
Due to safety concerns, the wearing of contact lenses is prohibited.
Ability to wear a respirator for up to 4 hours a day. Please refer to the SOP for facial hair guidelines
Ability to wear SCBA and additional personal protective equipment.
