Financial Transaction Specialist (Payment Product)

We are hiring for a leading digital asset platform providing brokerage, exchange, and custody services for institutional and professional investors. Renowned for its commitment to regulatory compliance, it operates under one of the first virtual asset trading licenses issued by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Its offerings include over-the-counter (OTC) trading, RFQ (Request-for-Quote) services, and electronic trading solutions.

They are looking for a Specialist with experience in financial operations within the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry. The role requires expertise in payment reconciliation, cost analysis, and financial derivatives, with a strong emphasis on blockchain and fiat currency processes.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, and investment products.
• Oversee the reconciliation of payment processes across payment gateways, banks, and other channels.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between system-generated reports and actual payment records promptly, ensuring alignment with the internal system database to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage all payment and bank reconciliation activities, track various expense categories, and conduct detailed cost analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to provide insights into financial performance, cost efficiency, and potential areas for optimization.
• Handle ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in finance or accounting, with prior years of experience in cryptocurrency or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Knowledge of financial derivatives in traditional industries and basic foreign exchange market transactions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
