→Participate in the development of product-oriented frameworks, tools, and platforms, as well as system architecture design and construction.
→Work closely with the team to deliver features efficiently and with high quality, while collaborating on testing, deployment, and launch.
→Continuously optimize systems to ensure strong browser compatibility and stability.
→Maintain clean coding practices with a focus on readability, maintainability, and scalability at the code level.

Requirements

Proficient in core front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiar with related standards.
Skilled in common front-end frameworks such as React (preferred), Vue, or Angular, along with community tools like Redux / RxJS.
Solid understanding of front-end engineering and modularization, with hands-on experience using and configuring build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Rollup.
Knowledgeable about the characteristics of different browsers, able to resolve compatibility issues effectively, and strong in implementing user-friendly UI interactions.
In-depth understanding of the underlying principles and technical implementations of at least one front-end framework, with the ability to perform system performance optimization based on framework features.
Positive and optimistic personality, good at communication and knowledge sharing, passionate about technical innovation, and responsible toward both the team and personal tasks.

Experience in back-end development (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
Hands-on experience developing large-scale web systems, mobile apps, or PC applications.
Experience independently designing and building front-end project architectures.
