Behavior Technician - BT - Full-Time

• →Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers
• →Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
• →Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
• →Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
• →Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• →Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members to support the client's needs
• →Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services
