Green Home Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Remediation Technician for hands-on mold remediation, cleaning, containment, demolition, and indoor environmental work. This is a physically demanding job and an opportunity to learn a trade, grow with a company, and build a long-term career.

We provide a structured two-week onboarding and training program covering safety, PPE, customer communication, containment, demolition, HEPA vacuuming, damp wiping, equipment cleaning, and our remediation process.

This is an entry-level position with an expectation of growth. Reliable, hardworking team members can advance into a Remediation Technician role topping out at $25/hour and a Senior Remediation Technician role topping out at $28/hour. Future opportunities may also be available in inspections, testing, and operations management.

What You’ll Do

Assist with mold remediation and indoor environmental cleaning projects
Set up containment and protect customer homes
Perform physical labor, cleaning, trash out, HEPA vacuuming, and damp wiping
Help with controlled demolition when needed
Load, unload, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles
Wear required PPE, including respirators or full-face masks, coveralls, and gloves
Follow directions from lead technicians and management
Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers
Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or jobsite problems

What We’re Looking For

No prior remediation experience required
Reliable, teachable, and willing to work hard
Able to perform physically demanding work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable wearing full PPE
Comfortable working in basements, attics, crawlspaces, and contained work areas
Good communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and accept feedback
Flexible with changing jobsite schedules
