Essential Job Functions:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for highly diversified duties including:

Maintain production machines and facility equipment
Provide repairs of equipment during production and maintain machine services
Offer mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machinery
Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics
Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, and test and make any necessary adjustments to equipment when needed
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machine, equipment and plant facilities
Operate a variety of hand and power tool, electric meters and material handling equipment
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Perform all other duties assigned or needed

Qualifications:

Effective oral communication
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
High school diploma/GED
IICRC certifications preferred

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Previous experience in machinery or related fields
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Must be able to life/move objects that weigh up to 50lbs unassisted
Reliable mode of transportation
Drive a forklift
Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines
Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
