We are looking for a technical all-rounder who systematically zeroes in on the core issues our customers face and fixes them. You won't just be managing a backlog; you’ll be breaking internal bottlenecks, leading cross-functional teams, and pushing our AI and IoT capabilities forward.

Drive Product & Features: You will gather requirements, lead the implementation of new features, and present these updates directly to the market.

Break Bottlenecks: You have a low tolerance for inefficiency. If customer onboarding (or any internal workflow) is slow, you will prototype a solution and automate it across the company.

Lead Innovation: You will take point on our AI and IoT projects, turning abstract concepts into functioning, deployed tools.

Ground Decisions in Data: You will analyze how features are actually being used, survey the market, and lead content/marketing initiatives backed by hard numbers and statistics—not just gut feelings.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: You will act as the bridge between engineering, customer success, and the shopfloor, keeping everyone aligned and moving fast.
