Program Manager, Courses

Inc42 is on a mission to help founders, investors & operators accelerate their companies and careers with its executive programs & courses. 

As a Program Manager, Courses at Inc42, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of our executive programs and courses. This includes owning the P&L, managing the sales and program operations teams, designing impactful programs with the L&D team, ensuring exemplary fellow experience, and identifying growth opportunities. 

You will lead through hands-on engagement, rallying multiple stakeholders towards the North Star metrics. With an innovative mindset, you will help shape the future of 21st century learning at Inc42 Courses.

• Exceptional communication & structured writing skills, capable of hosting and emceeing live sessions.

• Subject matter expertise or the willingness to quickly build knowledge in the course areas.

• Experience with managing sales and ops teams

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls
