InCharge Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician II to support the service needs of its customers. The technician will work at the local branch InCharge Office, reporting to the Service Manager. Key aspects of the work include running conduit, wiring and installation, installation of AC level 2 EV chargers, diagnosing and repairing trouble with electrical infrastructure in addition to handling regularly scheduled maintenance of both electrical infrastructure and AC L2 EV charging systems. The role requires significant regional travel with a focus on ensuring a timely and customer-centered turnkey delivery experience. Key objectives include maintaining safety standards and timely completion of high-quality field installation work, AC L2 EVCS Commissioning and field support.

Responsibilities

→1-3 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings
→OSHA 10 Card required or ability to obtain OSHA 10 in 120 days of hire
→Associate’s degree or higher in an applicable technical field is desirable
→ASE or other applicable certifications are desirable
→Commercial Driver’s license or ability to obtain is highly desirable
→Some EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit installation experience
→Familiarity with smart panels, AC L2 EV chargers, and renewable energy systems
→Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy
→Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
→Detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)
→Strong safety awareness
→Basic troubleshooting aptitude
→Proficiency with Procore, or equivalent software a plus
→Ability to Travel 25% - 50%

US Hourly Range

$31—$37 USD
