Large-Scale Event Planning & Execution

→Serve as project manager for large-scale, company-hosted events, owning both planning and hands-on execution.
→Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendors, and lead cross-functional collaboration to keep deliverables and stakeholders aligned.
→Execute event logistics including venue, hotel, AV, catering, registration, and attendee experience, and serve as an onsite lead during events.

Tradeshow Sponsorships

→Plan and execute small and medium-sized booth sponsorships at industry conferences.
→Manage contracting, vendors, budgets, and logistics.
→Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams attending each event.

Additional Event Support

→Support other events as needed, including lunch and learns, VIP happy hours and dinners, and networking events.
