Senior IT Project Manager

INDEV Software S.A. has been a technology partner to Greek systemic banks and financial institutions for ten years. Our work spans RegTech and compliance (DORA, outsourcing governance), PropTech (powering 150,000+ property valuations a year), sovereign AI and voice agents, payments and cards back office, and open banking APIs. We are certified under ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI DSS, and are classified by systemic bank clients as a critical ICT third-party provider under DORA.

You will own the delivery of software and AI projects for banking and enterprise clients across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales estimate to production. The role combines client ownership, commercial accountability and disciplined delivery, and reports to the COO.

  Act as the main point of contact for your clients, building trusted relationships up to senior management level and handling difficult conversations on scope, timelines and priorities before they become escalations

  Own scope, timeline, budget and delivery commitments for your projects

  Protect project profitability: track effort against scope, surface overruns early, and make sure additional client requests are recognised, costed and agreed before work proceeds

  Keep an accurate, current view of project health (progress, financials, commitments, open decisions) in Jira and Confluence, so that management and the team see the same picture

  Coordinate development, QA and business analysis across several parallel projects, working closely with technical leads and account leads

  Support proposals with realistic delivery plans and effort estimates

  Help raise the standard of project management practice across the company

• 7+ years managing software projects for financial sector clients, in a comparably regulated environment, or in client-facing consulting

• Full project lifecycle experience, from planning through delivery and handover

• A track record of handling client stakeholders autonomously, up to senior management

• Strong commercial awareness: budgets, effort, scope, change control

• Clear written and verbal communication with both engineers and business stakeholders, in Greek and English

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Deep familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly linking project tracking to effort and financial data

• Consulting or systems integrator background, managing multiple clients concurrently

• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects

Hybrid, with 10 days per month on-site in our offices in Agia Paraskevi.
