SCHEDULE

*REMOTE*

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm OR 8:30am-5:00pm

 

WORK LOCATION

Remote, once a month in person team meetings (located downtown at Gateway Plaza)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support a home infusion pharmacy that serves patients across the state of Indiana. 
  • Coordinate patient setup for home infusion services in collaboration with internal teams. 
  • Communicate with insurance providers to verify benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and support coverage approvals. 
  • Assist patients with copay assistance programs and financial support resources. 
  • Triage and respond to inquiries and referrals via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and referral partners. 
  • Work closely with pharmacists and the infusion team to ensure a positive patient experience. 
  • Accurately document patient information, interactions, and service requests. 
  • Maintain professionalism, strong time-management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

     

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED is required. 
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
