Responsibilities

→Receives and communicates requests (dispatching) and establishing priorities in order to dispatch internal and external personnel to specific destinations in an organized and timely fashion.
→In addition to answering telephone calls, service requests, takes accurate messages or transfers calls to appropriate individuals with a friendly voice and a sense of urgency.
→Communicates pending workload, staffing concerns, change and status with other dispatchers and other pertinent information to subsequent shift personnel.
→Customer requests are perceived as opportunities to help and requests are either handled or solutions are suggested.
