Medical Assistant II Float Pool - Indy Metro Region

 This position will float to the different Primary Care and Specialty offices within the Indy metro region. 

• Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Dependable and reliable team players  
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills  
• Willingness to learn and support teammates  
• Phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and prior authorization experience preferred  
• Willingness to learn and support teammates  

• →Room patients and support providers during clinic visits  
• →Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations  
• →Assist with both clinical and administrative duties  
• →Rooming patients and completing intake  
• →Assisting providers with patient care  
• →Documenting in Cerner  
• →Phlebotomy and point-of-care testing  
• →Managing patient messages  
• →Scanning and maintaining medical records  
• →Preparing exam rooms and supporting clinic workflow
