• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• →Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
• →Active Indiana RN license or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• →Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
• →Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

• Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program may be considered with more than two years of acute care experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Advanced Life Support certifications may be required based on unit or department specialty.
