We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our Fetal Center team. This role plays a vital part in coordinating comprehensive fetal, pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care, ensuring seamless communication and support for families navigating complex fetal conditions and interventions.
This role offers a full-time, day shift schedule – Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays!

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate complex fetal care plans, including fetal diagnoses, interventions, and delivery planning, across the continuum of pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- →Partner with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, pediatric specialists, and families to develop individualized care plans tailored to fetal and maternal needs.
- →Oversee scheduling and coordination of fetal interventions, in-utero procedures, and post-operative follow-up scans, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
- →Provide education and emotional support to families, explaining procedures, interventions, and expected outcomes.
- →Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate seamless care transitions from prenatal diagnosis through delivery and postnatal care.
- →Advocate for patients and families, balancing clinical needs with emotional and logistical support, while addressing financial considerations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred. OBED, L&D or antepartum experience preferred.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Specialty certifications may be required per unit/department specialty in accordance with the department provision of care.
- Requires knowledge of personal computers using various types of word processing and database software.
- Requires clinical work experience, medical terminology.
- Requires understanding of medical record requirements, regulations and policies.
