Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to handle omnichannel inquiries (phone, email, and chat) on a flexible 2-and-2 rotating schedule.
In this role, you will quickly resolve customer issues, process returns and complaints, and accurately document every interaction within our CRM system. You will act as a vital bridge for user feedback, forwarding insights to relevant departments while keeping customers informed about their inquiry status.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, maintaining a polite and professional dialogue at all times.
