Manager, Distribution Partnership Management Your role Key responsibilities in your new role The DPM Manager is responsible for executive-level relationship management with distribution partners and for driving channel strategydevelopment and execution.  This role ensures distribution partners are aligned with the company’s direction, culture, and business objectives, and delivers sustainable growth through performance governance, cross-selling enablement, and compliance management. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).  Proven experience in channel management, distribution management, key account management, sales operations, or partner/business development(typically 8+ years; adjust based on leveling).  Strong capability in executive stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority. Track record in strategy development, business planning, and performance governance using KPIs. Solid understanding of distributor business models, contract/commercial structures, and compliance expectations.  Strong analytical skills (KPI dashboards, sales/stock analysis such as POS/POP, inventory/WoS).
