Senior Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Work with subcontractors for production planning and controlling, to drive several initiatives pertaining to demand commitment, securing capacity and material liability.  Drive delivery fulfilment to the committed capacity.  Drive CLIP, Cycle time improvement and workflow improvement.  Coordinating a cross-functional team to drive smooth and high quality production at Subcons.  Monitor the performance of Subcon Factory to drive continuous improvement Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Highly organized and analytical planner with 1~3 years of experience in supply management ,production schedule and demand planning.  Data analysis and tool proficiency;  Cross functional collaboration;  Problem-solving and continuous improvement. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
