This role sits within Business Projects & Processes team and manages the cross-functional processes, projects, and initiatives that connect our GTM initiatives and client-facing teams with Services, Product, Legal, Finance, and other internal functions. The role focuses on strengthening internal alignment, improving ways of working and enabling the client-facing teams to operate more effectively and contribute to better customer experiences, retention, and growth. You will participate in or own these initiatives end-to-end - from implementation, governance, documentation, metrics, communication, and enablement - and continuously improve the methodologies, frameworks, and tools that help the business deliver on its strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage cross-functional processes, projects, and initiatives that support GTM and connect the sales organization and other client-facing teams with Services, Product, Legal, Finance, and other internal functions.
- →Own assigned processes and initiatives end-to-end, including planning, implementation, governance, documentation, communication, enablement, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- →Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, align priorities, define responsibilities, and ensure consistent execution across teams and regions.
- →Design and improve scalable processes, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and ways of working that increase efficiency, collaboration, and operational consistency.
- →Analyze process performance and business data, track results, identify improvement opportunities, and provide reliable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- →Support change management and the rollout of new processes, tools, and updates, helping teams understand, adopt, and apply them effectively.
- →Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, best practices, and communication materials for sales, client-facing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- →Contribute to strategic planning, company-wide initiatives, and activities that support business goals, OKRs, KPIs, and better outcomes for internal teams and, ultimately, customers.
- →Deliver enablement and continuing education sessions, build business knowledge, stay up to date with operations best practices, and mentor junior team members and newcomers.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, process improvement, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Ability to manage multiple processes, projects, or initiatives from planning and implementation through governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, dashboard creation, and process or workflow configuration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment and collaborate effectively with client-facing teams, and multiple internal departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Experience designing or improving processes, frameworks, tools, or workflows that make it easier for teams to collaborate and execute consistently.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, including experience supporting change, training, or enablement.
- Service-oriented, self-directed, and well-organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working with regional and global stakeholders.
