We are looking for a hands-on Knowledge Base Specialist to own how our products are explained to users. You will create and maintain user-facing documentation across our web, VR, haptics, and mobile products, turning complex features into content that helps users find answers and get value without friction.
Responsibilities

Own and maintain user-facing documentation across all company products, including web, VR, haptics, and mobile platforms.

Produce clear, comprehensive feature guides, tutorials, release notes, and knowledge base articles that help users get value from our products.

Translate complex technical and product decisions into intuitive, user-friendly content written in simple language.

Independently gather the information needed for documentation by working directly with the team and exploring product context

Validate and refine all AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and tone before anything ships to users.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to track changes in functionality and reflect them in documentation before users encounter gaps.
- →
Continuously improve documentation systems, prompts, and templates to increase quality
Proven experience in technical writing, knowledge base management, or documentation roles; portfolio or examples big plus.
Hands-on, daily experience with AI tools as a core part of your writing workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, custom GPTs, transcription and summarization tools, and modern AI-assisted documentation platforms).
Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure AI-assisted drafts meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Ability to understand complex technical systems and translate them into clear, structured, and intuitive documentation.
Experience collaborating with product, QA, and engineering teams in a mid-size company environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate contributions from multiple teams.
Proactive approach to tracking changes, understanding systems, and ensuring knowledge continuity.
Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.
