RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather and analyze business requirements for application and database migration activities.
Translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows and documentation.
Collaborate with development, testing, architecture and infrastructure teams.
Support testing cycles with scenario preparation, validation and requirement traceability.
Prepare business documents, user guides and communication materials.
Ensure business requirements align with quality expectations and acceptance criteria.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Background in Information Technology, Business or related fields.
Experience in business analysis for enterprise systems or migration initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business scenarios.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of system workflows, integration behavior and testing support.

Additional Skills:

Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
English,Taiwanese language is required.
