You'll coordinate projects under the direct supervision of a Program, Project, or Functional Manager.

You'll support initialization, scoping, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.

You'll track and document work standards, contractor schedules, discrepancies, personnel, and communications.

You'll monitor program and technical operations, including multiple projects and personnel across locations.

You'll track planning and execution of all program and technical support activities, maintaining supporting documentation, including meeting minutes.

You'll arrange meeting schedules and provide support for risk tracking, issue resolution, and action item follow-ups.

You'll monitor and report on contracting and material procurement statuses.

You'll track and document contractor personnel, work discrepancies, and overall project progress.

You'll support the development and implementation of work standards and project tracking procedures.

Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

2-3+ years of direct project coordination support for construction projects, such as Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, IT, or Civil projects

B.S. in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience with client approval)

CAPM, Agile, or other Project Management certifications or training

Ability to assess the financial impact of a project and develop strong business cases

Strong problem-solving skills with innovative solutions

Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
