Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the enterprise learning strategy into continuous execution
  • Build and scale a continuous learning culture across functions.
  • Drive AI fluency and applied skills integration into all roles.
  • Partner with business leaders for capability roadmaps.
  • Create a north-star capability model for Product & Engineering and GTM functions.
  • Design and deploy enterprise-wide learning programs and frameworks.
  • Curate AI-enabled learning pathways for functional teams.
  • Build and manage cohort-based development journeys.
  • Track learning analytics, business metrics, and ROI.
  • Partner with external learning partners, functional coaches & platforms.
  • Introduce new-age learning tools, methodologies, platforms.
  • Embed AI-first learning experiences across all functions.
  • Build communities of practice & peer learning models.
  • Create internal “AI champions” network.
