- →Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to evaluate key business and capital allocation decisions
- →Perform in-depth industry, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic trends and support equity narrative.
- →Support financial due diligence and narrative building for fundraising, capital markets, and strategic transactions
- →Create high-quality review decks and strategic presentations for leadership, board committees, and external advisors
- →Maintain and enhance reporting templates, KPI dashboards, and performance trackers aligned with public-company and investor benchmarks
- →Analyze business performance against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities for leadership decision-making
- →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, IR, and Business to support IPO readiness and ongoing strategic initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Big 4 FDD/QoE
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial controls
- Prior exposure to investor-facing analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and analytical tools is an advantage
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight timelines and high scrutiny
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, IPO-oriented environment
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
