As Marketing Manager, you’ll become the voice of Innercrowd. You will become the event marketers’ favourite marketer. A funnel evangelist, an expert of how to sell out shows.
You’ll own our marketing strategy across channels while helping us tell our story to the in the European market. Not simply by generating more leads or launching campaigns, but by building a brand people genuinely want to follow.
You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and commercial growth. One day you’re interviewing customers about how they sold out their event. The next you’re launching a product campaign, speaking at an industry conference or turning customer insights into content that inspires thousands of event professionals.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to translate product features into stories customers remember, and business goals into marketing people actually care about.
This is a role for someone who believes marketing is equal parts data and emotion. Someone who cares about measuring, but loves crafting narratives even more.
Own our marketing strategy with focus on our key markets.
Shape and strengthen the Innercrowd brand across every customer touchpoint.
Create integrated campaigns across content, social media, email, partnerships, digital channels and events.
Tell customer stories that inspire the next generation of festivals, clubs and event organizers.
Organize industry events, webinars, customer meetups and conference activations that bring our community together.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to generate insightful and meaningful marketing initiatives
Use data to continuously improve campaigns while never losing sight of the human story behind the numbers.
Help position Innercrowd as Europe’s leading community marketing platform for live events.
4+ years of experience in marketing,
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, startup or scale-up marketing is nice to have,
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills,
Comfortable using data to validate ideas and improve performance,
Experience organizing events, webinars or community initiatives is a strong plus,
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
A builder’s mindset, you enjoy creating things from scratch and making them better every day,
Native or professional Dutch and excellent English,
A genuine passion for festivals, communities and live entertainment.
