IT Recruiter (On site - El Salvador)

As an IT Recruiter, you will be part of a multinational and multi-client team with opportunities for growth and participation in challenging projects. This role is key to ensuring we attract and hire top IT talent to meet our organizational goals.

• →Design, publish, and manage recruitment advertisements on digital platforms to attract IT talent.
• →Identify and evaluate qualified IT candidates through resume reviews, technical interviews, and other selection methods.
• →Manage the full recruitment cycle, including initial contact, interviews, and negotiations.
• →Maintain constant communication with candidates to keep them updated on their application status.
• →Collaborate with team leaders and internal clients to understand the technical and cultural requirements of roles.
• →Create and maintain talent databases, focusing on specialized IT profiles.
• →Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT sector.
  • Experience identifying technical profiles such as developers, software engineers, data analysts, etc.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technologies, programming languages, and development tools.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment methods, best practices, and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, Microsoft Office, and ATS.
• Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with candidates and international teams.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Location: Candidates residing in El Salvador, Offices in San Benito area.
• Contract Type: Direct hire with the company, permanent contract.
