Hospitality Operations Manager

• →Ensuring that Hotel Technicians are positively interacting with Hotel Staff to maximize sales and service.
• →Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians, including but not limited to appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building, and customer complaints.
• →Schedule staff weekly
• →Inventory Control
• →Interface with operational departments
• →Assist with hiring, training, and coaching Hotel Technicians as required
• →Provide directorship training for each staff technician.
• →Maintain high visibility within assigned locations.
• →Other duties as assigned.
• →Flexible with work schedule.

• Complete knowledge of hotel operations.
• 4 years or more experience as an Audio Visual Technician.
• Excellent organization, communication, and motivational skills.
• Service-oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Possess the ability to manage and work with many different types of people and personalities on many different levels.
