Claims Manager (Contractor)

Instawork is hiring a Claims Manager who will be responsible for directly overseeing workers' compensation, occupational accident, and liability claims within our broader Trust & Safety and risk management program. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and managing risk exposure that could result in human, physical, or financial loss. Collaborating closely with Legal, Trust & Safety, and a broader support teams, including external partners, brokers, and insurance representatives, the Claims Manager will implement new programs, enhance existing programs, and provide recommendations to management regarding rules and procedures.

• →Hourly rate: $45-50/hour, commensurate with experience
• →This is a contract (1099) engagement. Benefits are not included, but the role carries the potential for conversion to a full-time position with full benefits and equity.
