We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience team. This role will focus on developing new products and optimizing existing capabilities throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end product management for global connected products, with the ability to translate business objectives into high-impact product initiatives.With a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive market dynamics, and technology constraints and opportunities, the successful leader will develop and execute our digital customer experience roadmap, positioning Insulet for sustained market leadership. They will foster empowered, high-performing teams and guide them through the entire product development lifecycle while providing strong cross-functional leadership.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $166,700.00 - $250,025.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
