Responsibilities

→Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the ecommerce platform.
→Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity.
→Identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing.
→Maintain fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems.
→Recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends.
→Answer phone inquiries from internal and external customers pertaining to cases that have been worked.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree of any related field
Atleast 2 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst
Atleast 3 years of experience as a Customer Service
Handled a US based client is a must.
Amenableto work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during onboarding period.

Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work in fast paced dynamic environments where decisions are made without compromising on customer experience and financial losses
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills; ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently
Bilingual preferred
