Key Responsibilities: Support the assessment and independent review of risks across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries Assist in designing and preparing tailored insurance solutions for both local and international clients Engage and collaborate with brokers, clients, and global colleagues across the company's extensive international network Contribute meaningfully to cross-functional and strategic projects that drive business growth Take full ownership of assigned tasks within a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment Build professional relationships and develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end insurance value chain Key Requirements: Qatari NationaI — mandatory Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Law, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic track record Proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine drive to learn and grow within the industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic corporate environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team Based in Doha or willing to be located onsite in Doha
