General Overview: We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Qatar to recruit an experienced Specialist Dermatologist to join its growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with a patient-first approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding treatment outcomes across a diverse patient base. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical and aesthetic dermatological conditions using evidence-based clinical practices. Perform advanced aesthetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop personalised treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care. Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional communication and clinical excellence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding patient experience. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and clinical technologies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the organisation’s standards of clinical excellence. Key Requirements: Valid Qatar Medical License – Mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. Proven experience treating patients across a wide range of skin types and dermatological conditions. Strong expertise in aesthetic dermatology procedures and patient consultations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Arabic is an advantage. Commercially aware with the ability to build long-term patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Willingness to work Sundays and flexible shift patterns, with the majority of shifts concluding at 8:00 PM. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Candidates available to join within a short notice period will be given preference.
