Communicate and track team sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
Drive target achievement through continuous team evaluation, coaching, and development.
Ensure professional client handling, timely service, and customized solutions.
Manage sales pipeline, business development, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor receivables, advances, and balance payments for timely collection.
Coordinate with Design, Supply Chain, Installation, and other departments for smooth order execution and delivery.
Monitor sales and KPIs through HubSpot, SAP, and Power BI.
Oversee showroom inventory, stock reconciliation, ROL, stock movement, packing, and weekly audits.
Ensure display management, VM standards, and 100% sellable display inventory.
Maintain duty rosters and monitor team performance through customer feedback and sales results.
Collect and report customer feedback on products and services.
Train and develop new hires and existing team members.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
