Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor leads electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities for East Surface Operations, with responsibility for safe work execution, equipment reliability, workforce direction, and alignment with production goals.

Reporting to the Maintenance General Foreman, this role directs a multi-discipline team that provides maintenance and reliability services for East Plant Surface Operations. The position is responsible for ensuring equipment and system availability, maintaining asset integrity, and supporting defined production targets that contribute to the organization's business plan goals.

• Outdoors, in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and subject to weather conditions

• Exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels. Employees are required to wear safety attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Standing, walking, sitting, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise hand and finger movements, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching or grasping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to climb stairs and/or ladders, potentially work at heights, and perceive color differences.
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed and engage in strenuous physical activity.

A pre-placement physical and hair follicle drug test will be required for anyone selected for this opportunity. Placement into the position will not be made until the results have been received and cleared by Intrepid.
