UI/UX designer

We are looking for someone who is an expert in UI/UX design to join our growing company. You will be a good fit if you are driven to create elegant, but well thought out solutions for customer application though UX/UI designs paterns. If you are an excellent communicator who working at ease with a complex mix of engineers, product and executive personal, this is the job for you.


What we are looking for!
- Demonstrated UX/UI-centred design skills;
- 3+ years of experience in designing applications (apps and web apps);
- Preferably has experience working on SaaS based products;
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools;
- Good, clear communication;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
- Flexible to new input, feedback, and critical thinking;
- Comfortable working closely with the product on remote bases;
- Comfortable working closely with the business development teams on remote bases;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Knowledge and passion for user experience, technology and design;
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Identify the right vision from stakeholders through field research, user interviews, usability testing, competitor research, etc;
- Create and manage the design vision in cooperation with stakeholders and dev team;
- Prioritise and rapidly produce prototypes for features, using a variety of tools (such as Figma, etc);
- Validate the created usability with stake holders;
- Provide tasks for development team in agreed format and tools (as tickets in  Jira, etc);
- Deliver problem solving designs for located bugs and identified UX/UI blockers.
