Senior Project Manager - Banking / IT Projects

We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager with strong Banking experience to join our client team and support the delivery of complex IT and business transformation projects within the banking sector.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within banking environments, experience working across both IT and Business teams, a structured and results-oriented mindset, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in IT project management within the Banking / Financial Services sector.
• Experience managing projects involving both IT and Business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and cross-functional team management.
• Experience in managing project risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English.

The following will be considered as a plus:

• PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certifications.
• Previous experience in large-scale banking transformation projects.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with financial products, banking platforms or regulatory projects.

• →Lead and manage IT and business-related projects within the banking sector.
• →Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• →Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress against agreed milestones.
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and Business stakeholders.
• →Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans.
• →Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status updates.
• →Prepare and present project status reports to senior stakeholders.
• →Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.
• →Coordinate with Business Analysts, IT teams, architects, vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
• →Support the identification and resolution of project-related issues and dependencies.
• →Ensure effective documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
