Your role:

You will be part of the team that manages licensing across the ION Group, ensuring the effective governance and compliance of software licensing activities. As a member of the team, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders, including IT and Legal, to ensure the correct usage of licenses, maintain accurate reporting, and support licensing-related processes. You will also contribute to monitoring compliance, addressing licensing queries, and helping to ensure that licensing practices align with organizational policies and vendor requirements.

Analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries
Critical thinking skills

Strong analytical skills

Good interpersonal and communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required: students in the last year of College, University,
Faculty of Informatics or degree in computer science (engineering), numerical (mathematics and physics), Economics and other
Written & verbal Italian skills (B2)
