We are looking for a Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager and MRP/ERP Specialist to join our IonQ Quantum Networking & Security Operations Team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of a cross-functional international team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable production planning and material availability across all division products and programs including Quantum Networking & Security projects while managing and optimizing ERP/MRP processes across multiple manufacturing sites. Working as a core member of the division production leadership team, you will lead a team of planner and warehouse specialists driving standardization and best practices. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing Managers, Sales, Procurement, and Finance. The ideal candidate is process-minded, structured problem-solver with a bias for action, and strong cross-functional communicator in an international multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • →Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field required;
  • →8+ years of progressive supply chain experience focused on demand/supply planning in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the electronics industry preferred.
  • →Experience operating across multiple sites and ability to standardize processes and drive alignment across locations 
  • →3+ years of experience in leading a team
  • →Strong analytical and statistical data handling skills; advanced Excel required.
  • →Deep, hands-on expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is required
  • → Solid knowledge of finance/costing concepts (standard costing, inventory valuation, working capital, etc)
  • →Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) required, given the international, cross-functional nature of the role
  • →Structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • →Cross functional influence and clear communication to Senior Leadership and Finance Stakeholders.

Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
