Senior Program/Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project/program leader to drive operational, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives.  The role focuses on improving scalability, efficiency, execution, and business processes, including process redesign, operating-model improvements, system implementations, and system upgrades.  

• Seven+ years of project management experience. 
• Experience leading operational, transformation, or process-improvement initiatives. 
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, B2B, or B2C environments. 
• Experience supporting Marketing Operations, Product Operations, Sales, or similar functions. 

• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.  
• Advanced skills with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart, and Dashboard and report development for executive-ready presentations and materials. 

Pay rate:  $120,000 to $140,000/year.

• →Track progress and provide concise status reporting to executives and stakeholders. 
• →Lead cross-functional teams. 
• →Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and executive readouts. 
• →Assess current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes. 
• →Design and document future-state processes and operating models. 
• →Lead process redesign and workflow optimization. 
• →Support new system implementations and system upgrades. 
• →Drive organizational change, adoption, training, communications, and enablement. 
• →Measure post-implementation effectiveness and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
