This role is responsible for one of the most critical functions supporting our company’s growth: talent acquisition.
Working closely with mid- to long-term business, organizational, and corporate strategies, you will drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives—from designing hiring strategies and securing critical talent to enhancing and internalizing recruitment processes.

This is not a purely operational recruiting role. We are looking for a TA Partner who can define what talent the business truly needs, attract that talent from a global market, and help shape the future of the company through hiring.
The initial title and scope will be determined based on experience and capabilities, with flexibility in defining your role within the TA team.

・経営計画・事業計画・組織計画に基づく中長期の採用戦略策定
Develop mid- to long-term hiring strategies aligned with business and organizational plans
・事業成長に直結するクリティカルポジションの特定、要件定義、人材の発掘
Identify critical roles, define hiring requirements, and proactively source talent, including long term pipeline generation
・年間・四半期単位の採用計画(職種別/拠点別/レベル別)の立案
Create annual and quarterly hiring plans by role, location, and seniority
・採用 KPI(採用数、Time to Hire、Quality of Hire 等)の設計・モニタリング
Design and monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., headcount, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire)
・日本の宇宙産業を分析・把握し、採用に向けた最適なアプローチを提案する
Analyse and map the Japan space industry, to provide a tailored approach to sourcing
・経営陣への採用状況のレポーティングおよび課題提起
Report hiring progress and challenges to executive leadership
・事業成長を加速させるポジション・人材像の特定、経営陣への提言
Proactively propose key roles and talent profiles needed to accelerate business growth
・等級・報酬・評価制度と連動した採用要件の設計
Align hiring requirements with job grades, compensation, and performance frameworks
・グローバル拠点・海外採用との連携および調整
Collaborate with global offices and support international hiring initiatives
・各職種(ビジネス/コーポレート/エンジニア等)の採用実務リード
Lead recruiting activities across business, corporate, and engineering roles
・採用プロセスの設計・改善(要件定義、選考フロー、評価基準)
Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview flows, and evaluation criteria
・面接官トレーニングの企画・実施、Hiring Manager との連携強化
Strengthen collaboration with Hiring Managers and support interviewer capability building, working collaboratively with the Learning Function
・エージェントマネジメント(選定、条件交渉、パフォーマンス管理)
Manage recruitment agencies, including selection, negotiation, and performance management
・ダイレクトリクルーティング(媒体、SNS、リファラル施策)の強化
Strengthen direct sourcing through job platforms, social media, and referrals
・採用ブランディング施策の企画・実行(採用ストーリー設計、発信内容の整理)
Plan and execute employer branding initiatives, including recruitment storytelling and messaging
・事業会社または人材業界における採用業務経験(目安:5 年以上)
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an in-house or recruiting firm environment
・複数職種・複数レベルの採用を同時並行で推進した経験
Experience managing multiple roles across different functions and seniority levels
・グローバル採用および日本語・英語の両言語で採用活動を行った経験
Experience in global hiring and conducting recruitment activities in Japanese and English
・採用要件定義からクロージングまでの一連の採用プロセスに関する理解
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to closing
・Hiring Manager や経営層との折衝・調整能力
Ability to work closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership
・採用責任者、またはそれに準ずる立場での経験
Experience in a TA lead or equivalent role
・エンジニア採用、もしくは高度専門職採用の経験
Experience hiring engineers or highly specialized professionals or industries
・スタートアップ/急成長フェーズにおける採用経験
Experience in startups or high-growth environments
・採用 KPI 設計やデータを活用した改善経験
Experience designing recruitment KPIs and driving data-informed improvements
・採用を「オペレーション」ではなく「経営課題」として捉えられる方
Views hiring as a strategic business challenge, not just an operational task
・現場と経営の双方を理解し、その橋渡し役を担える方
Able to bridge the gap between leadership and on-the-ground teams
・不確実性の高い環境においても、自ら仮説を立て、行動できる方
Comfortable operating in environments with high uncertainty and limited precedents
・ハンズオンで手を動かしつつ、再現性のある仕組みづくりにも取り組める方
Willing to work hands-on while also building scalable recruitment frameworks
