The Digital Service Engineer is the driving force behind fast, high‑quality ITI support. You’ll manage and resolve service tickets, act as the key link between teams, and ensure everything stays on track with our service level agreements (SLA). With a proactive, solution‑focused mindset, you’ll troubleshoot issues, keep updates flowing, and make sure every request reaches a timely, effective resolution.
Salary: Up to C$80,000, depending upon skills and experience.
