Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead software engineering activities across key projects, combining hands-on technical expertise with the leadership needed to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. You’ll take ownership of software delivery from specification and design through to implementation, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets and client expectations.

Alongside your technical responsibilities, you’ll lead, mentor and develop other software engineers, coordinating people and resources to deliver new software and enhance existing products. You’ll help set technical direction, promote best practice, and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to introduce more effective, creative and innovative engineering approaches.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining high standards across software engineering activities, ensuring projects and processes align with Noveum’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QESH) Integrated Management System, relevant legislation and internal policies.
