Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform inspections and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- →Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot aircraft systems and structures.
- →Certify completed work and maintain accurate documentation in line with Transport Canada and company policies.
- →Lead by example—ensure safety procedures, proper protective measures, and clean workspaces are always upheld.
- →Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.
- →Assist with aircraft modifications, from avionics upgrades to structural changes affecting flight characteristics.
- →Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.
✅ College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from a Transport Canada-approved institution.
✅ 1-3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
✅ Valid AME M2 license.
✅ Previous Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) with an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) is a plus.
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
✅ Passion for aviation and innovation, with a desire to contribute to groundbreaking flight test programs.
