Responsible for shop floor / production site management.
Conduct production process monitoring and control to ensure stable operations.
Drive efficient production execution while maintaining strict quality control.
Promote lean manufacturing practices and facilitate cross‑departmental communication.
Handle abnormal issues, carry out timely analysis, and prepare reports for management.

Work Experience: Prior relevant work experience is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or above.
