Responsibilities

1. 负责PCBA产品SMT段工艺的制定、优化及维护（印刷、贴片、回流焊、检测等）;

2. 主导新产品导入（NPI）工作，包括DFM评审、试产跟进及量产导入;

3. 负责SMT工艺文件编制与管理（SOP、WI、PFMEA、Control Plan等）;

4. 分析并解决SMT生产过程中的不良问题（如连锡、虚焊、立碑、偏移等）;

5. 负责钢网设计评审、锡膏选型及印刷工艺优化 ;

6. 优化回流焊曲线及工艺参数，提高产品直通率和稳定性;

7. 支持产线异常处理，推动良率提升及持续改善项目;

8. 与客户、研发、品质等跨部门协作，快速推动问题闭环;

9. 参与汽车电子项目的工艺开发，确保符合行业标准及客户要求。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化等相关专业；

2. 3年以上SMT/PCBA工艺相关工作经验；

3. 必须具备SMT端NPI经验，有完整新项目导入经验；

4. 熟悉PCBA制造流程及SMT工艺（印刷、贴片、回流焊、AOI等);

5. 具备汽车电子行业经验，熟悉IATF16949体系优先熟悉IPC标准（如IPC-A-610等）优先;

6. 具备较强的异常分析及问题解决能力良好的沟通协调能力，能适应快节奏EMS制造环境；

7. 英语读写能力，可简单口语交流
