Jason’s Deli Distribution, a division of Deli Management, Inc., operates its own distribution network because fresh food and timely deliveries are our top priorities. We utilize modern air-ride tractors, offer varied routes, and maintain a five-day workweek to ensure a great work environment.

We are currently seeking Class A CDL Route Delivery Drivers to join our food distribution team. Routes depart on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Drivers must be available and flexible to work a five-day week (Sunday through Thursday) and be willing to work as part of a team with a Co-Driver. You must have the physical ability to unload products using pallet jacks, dollies, ramps, and carry weights between 20 to 70 lbs. is required.

Must be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid Class A Driver’s License.
Minimum of 1 year of CDL Class A driving experience, fully compliant with DOT regulations.
At least 1 year of food distribution delivery experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule from Sunday through Thursday, including driver floating and backhaul pickups.
Clean driving record over the past 3 years.
Pass a criminal background check (we review cases individually and are background friendly).
Experience using ELD devices is mandatory.
Understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations is required.

What We Offer

✓Competitive Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year. Pay includes $27 per stop fee, $0.51 per mile, with annual increases after 18 months. Average stops range from 12 to 25 per route, with a maximum stop fee cap at $35. Hourly pay of $17.25 applies for office training and non-driving duties.

✓Guaranteed Pay: $1,200 weekly during training and $1,400 weekly after training completion. Drivers must be available to work the full week with no “call-outs” to qualify.

✓Comprehensive Insurance: Includes major health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, short and long-term disability, life insurance, sick pay, paid vacation, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
